At Perennial Homes our carpenters perform all interior carpentry, maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail. We specialize in custom built-ins such as bench seats, table nooks, shelving, and cabinetry to name a few. These elements are used in combination to establish a cohesive scheme of detailing that ties together the various spaces of your home. There are limitless options to incorporate custom tile layouts, trim, bead board, wainscot, planking, and distressed finishes, whether considering kitchens, bathrooms, or general living spaces. Furthermore, these variations in finishes and materials help to differentiate spaces in your home when the objective is to maintain an open feel rather than creating separate rooms.
There is no "typical" Perennial Homes interior.
Together, with or without additional designers, we make the best possible use of space while incorporating your personality and taste. The particulars are as variable as the clients we serve. You may prefer a formal, sophisticated look or perhaps a quaint, more relaxed atmosphere. Either way our interiors contain a distinct spatial scheme. Often contemporary open plans leave the space feeling empty and cold to the occupant, especially when a large number of people are not present. Our approach is to arrange interior spaces in such a way to be able to adapt to the inherent variable usage of today's lifestyle. From the intimacy of the individual or couple, to the celebration of large family gatherings, we link smaller, quaint spaces while maintaining a sense of openness in your home.
